Brett Favre...gunslinger, Packers legend, traitor, and criminal.
Back then, it would've been automatic to say nothing but superlatives about the indestructible old-school
quarterback because he was really everything that represented good of the game. Today, that reputation is
long gone because Brett Favre is a bad person, having been extensively detailed in Jeff Pearlman's book
Gunslinger.
If there's anything prominent I've learned from Untold: The Fall of Favre, it's Jenn Sterger not having
met, let alone slept with, Brett Favre. However, let's be real: she wanted attention, no matter what, and
getting a surgery for breast implants is the proof of that ("the biggest thing I could do to change public
perception of me was to take out my implants").
However, there's a lot of stuff not mentioned or covered that extensively in the documentary such as decades
of Brett Favre's cheating on his girlfriend-turned-wife, the king asshole that he is in private, and his
addictions to alcohol and pain medication. Also, why does it have to include Jemele Hill and Michael Vick
for commentators? They have no credibility and are among most hated people in the sports world.
All in all, Brett Favre should've been sent to prison for his involvement in the Mississippi welfare funds
scandal.
